Parsippany, New Jersey (November 2, 2022) – FNT Software, a leading provider of software solutions for the integrated management of IT, data center, and telecommunication infrastructures worldwide, today announced that it has been selected by Speakerbus to document and manage multiple data center operations. A leading provider of real-time digital communications for the financial markets, Speakerbus will utilize FNT’s integrated platform FNT Command to catalog all physical and logical assets, resources, and configurations in several data centers across the US and abroad.
To continuously deliver innovative, reliable, and secure connectivity services, Speakerbus required a comprehensive solution that spanned telco network management, data center management, and cable and outside plant management. As a modern web-based software solution, FNT Command is uniquely capable of meeting all three of these requirements with its Telco Active Inventory, Data Center Infrastructure Management (DCIM), and Cable and Outside Plant Management components which can be utilized within a single pane of glass.
Additionally, Speakerbus will utilize the FNT Command API to enable integration and data sharing between its customer interface and external systems. FNT Command‘s extensive library of readymade function calls can easily integrate with virtually every available software system.
“We’re excited to work with Speakerbus and through FNT Command, provide full transparency into their IT, data center, and telecommunications infrastructure,” said Steve MacDiarmid, Executive Managing Director of FNT Americas. “With our Telco Active Inventory solution providing end-to-end signal tracing, our DCIM solution documenting all data center equipment, and our Cable and Outside Plant Management solution tracking all cables and building connections, Speakerbus will be able to deliver a more secure and robust service to its customers.”
“Our customers needed an all-in-one solution to catalog various technologies, a common database to bridge different environments together, and a self-service portal to manage capacities, view billing history, submit support tickets, and run reports at any given time,” said Bill Wagner, Strategic Programs Executive at Speakerbus. “FNT Command covers all the bases with its central database, extensive APIs, self-service portal, and cloud capabilities. It’s the ideal solution for Speakerbus.”
FNT Command will also support Speakerbus’ recent acquisition of iMarket, a leading provider of trader voice communications services. This acquisition represents a significant expansion of services for Cadence, Speakerbus’ high-performance cloud trading communications platform. With the addition of iMarket’s customer base, Cadence has added hundreds of institutional financial services companies to its on-net community and is now a direct point of connection and collaboration to thousands of market participants worldwide.
