On June 2, 2016, Phonoscope LIGHTWAVE and Quasar Data Center entered into a joint partnership to offer organizations cloud solutions, high-speed optical transport and Department of Information Resources (DIR) purchase opportunities in Houston, Texas, one of the nation’s largest metro markets.
