New Continuum Holdings Corporation, internet infrastructure provider and operator of New Continuum Data Centers recently announced the formation of N2Open Labs. The project was created in partnership with 20C, LLC, a developer of network and infrastructure management code. N2Open Labs will support new edge technologies, high-density power, GPU, ASIC and other new chip technologies. The project will also support automation, development and deployment of interoperable software across the physical and network layers of the internet infrastructure service stack.
Demands for customization in physical requirements, including power redundancies, cooling densities, geographic location and network performance, are growing.
