Both companies have agreed to collaboratively deliver next-generation architecture for corporate customers and will engage in joint marketing initiatives for their respective products and services.
As the need for low latency and accessibility grows for enterprises across a range of verticals, this partnership delivers enhanced value by allowing clients to optimize their applications and data, organizing them into latency-sensitive tiers. Data that requires close proximity to infrastructure is able to be hosted in maincubes’ Frankfurt or Amsterdam locations, while the remainder of applications can be hosted at Hydro66’s Boden facility where companies can enjoy significantly lower costs. In this way, this collaboration delivers better pricing and cost efficacy to clients while allowing for a competitive performance advantage.
maincubes’ Frankfurt facility, FRA01, is a greenfield location and offers tenants 4,200 square meters (sqm) and 6MW of IT power. The Amsterdam location, AMS01, having undergone an upgrade and modernization process, provides 4,400 sqm and 4.7MW. The company also recently expanded its portfolio with a new FRA02 facility, which is CO2-neutral and delivers 8,500 square meters of white space. This newest facility is poised to set new standards for both climate protection and delivery on customer requirements.
