Chatsworth Products (CPI), a leading global manufacturer of products and solutions for the data center and industrial automation industries, has made Data Center World (April 15-18. 2024) a pinnacle event for its company, showcasing its capabilities exhibit floor in Washington D.C.  Featuring it’s new  Elevate™ Adjustable Containment Solution, optimized for the company’s ZetaFrame® Cabinet System and designed to streamline deployment.

A key feature of the Elevate ACS is Its telescoping design, which  seamlessly adapts to create a duct connecting the ZetaFrame cabinet to the overhead drop ceiling, allowing for quick adjustments to the containment. The Elevate ACS is engineered to align with standard ZetaFrame cabinet widths and supports both hot aisle containment and row-level vertical exhaust duct applications.  In addition, the product’s pre-assembled panels eliminate the need for on-site fabrication of metals or panels and drilling. And, a sliding service panel facilitates easy access to the cabling infrastructure and other overhead structures, allowing for adjustments and repairs with minimal disruption.

A highlight on the exhibit floor was the company’s ZetaFrame® Cabinet System, which was demonstrated with the company’s partner, ZutaCore, a direct to chip liquid cooling solution. On display was the company’s ‘power tower’ and the ZetaFrame cabinet, which displayed a conventional air flow managed cabinet directly on the exhibit floor.

“Chatsworth Products is thrilled to present our latest innovation, the Elevate™ Adjustable Containment Solution, at Data Center World,” said Todd Schneider, Senior Director – Product Management & Hyperscale Business Development at CPI. “Our participation in this global industry event is a testament to our commitment to pioneering in the ICT infrastructure industry. We aim to demonstrate how our cutting-edge solutions, particularly our optimized ZetaFrame® Cabinet System, streamline deployment and boost efficiency in data centers.”

In addition to the showcase on the exhibit floor, CPI’s Senior Product Manager, Industrial Solutions Samuel Rodriguez, RCDD, is hosting a solution spotlight session titled “How Liquid Cooling is Changing the Landscape of Data Centers” on April 18th at 11:00 a.m. This session will explore the benefits of integrating a liquid cooling system that delivers superior performance and efficiency as a key element of data center sustainability, in partnership with Tony Medler from ZutaCore®.

“Our goal at Data Center World is not just to showcase our advancements but to connect, learn, and pave the way for the next generation of data center solutions,” added Schneider.
