Oslo-based system integrator and software developer, Innit, provides a growing Solution as a Service capabilities driven by AI and multi-cloud capabilities. Colocation is often a good fit for multi-cloud solutions and Innit has a presence at Bulk’s Oslo Internet Exchange (OS-IX) facility. OS-IX is located near Oslo City Center and only 30km from Oslo international Airport. The facility offers 14.4MW of 2N redundant renewable power and is Tier III-rated (EN50600 Class 3) to meet performance, sustainability, scalability and ease of management goals.
“Systems integrators are an important part of the digital transformation ecosystem,” says Rob Elder, Vice President Data Centers for Bulk Infrastructure. “Those with the expertise to connect hyperscale IT systems with subject matter expertise in key markets like AI and HPC are thriving through colocation.” Working together with Bulk’s in-house engineering and service teams, Innit identified an opportunity to cost-effectively double their capacity at OS-IX to support future growth.
Leveraging the many advantages of Nordic data centers, Bulk’s Oslo Internet Exchange (OS-IX) facility houses over 60 networks resulting in connection and scalability to the rest of the Norwegian and Nordic market. “This is why it is so important to work closely with a leading data center provider who understands our needs for delivering on our strategy of best-in-class solutions,” says Erik Sundet, Director of Cloud Operations for Innit. This expansion takes great advantage of the Nordics location and rich connectivity in Oslo’s largest data center.
