With ITW 2019 quickly approaching, we sat down to chat with Vincentas to talk about how Heficed is solving its customer problems and what’s on the horizon for the company.

Data Center POST, Ilissa Miller (DCP-IM) Question: Tell our readers about Heficed is contributing to the success of your customers?

Heficed, Vincentas Grinius (H-VG) Answer: Perfectly performing platform with lots of satisfied customers.  Heficed solutions manage the large numbers of devices coming online and provide consistency across all networks as business expand. This central point becomes essential to how the connectivity of the IP address network operates.

DCP-IM Q: What milestones did you achieve in the past year and how will these developments help your company keep up with the demands of the quickly growing and ever-changing telecommunications industry?

H-VG A: We have rebranded our company. And changed from B2C to B2B. During our 10+ years in the industry, we have created this platform (https://www.heficed.com/switch/) based on our customers needs. At the moment we are researching industry trends and taking a deep look into the unique challenges our customers face. This insight allows us to develop our platform and we are planning huge release of our product/service this summer. This may help coping with IPv4 shortage problem.

DCP-IM Q: What are you most looking forward to accomplishing over the next year? 

H-VG A: Fully set up our platform with features related with IP addresses. Help companies (especially the ones who need IP resources) scale easily without having to think about “Where to find reliable IP address and infrastructure providers.”

DCP-IM Q: What do you think is the greatest challenge in the industry and how are you working to overcome it?

H-VG A: IPv4 shortage. Our platform will help coping with this challenge.

DCP-IM Q: What new developments are on the horizon for your company?

H-VG A: IP address market.

DCP-IM Q: What would you like to accomplish at ITW 2019?

H-VG A Networking, spreading the news about Heficed’s services (and values).
