Seaborn Networks’ (“Seaborn”) ARBR subsea cable will connect Buenos Aires, Argentina with São Paulo, Brazil. Through an interconnection to Seaborn’s Seabras-1 subsea network connecting Brazil to the U.S., the ARBR submarine cable will also enable the newest and most direct route between Argentina and the U.S. To shore up connectivity and enhanced delivery of content, cloud and network services, Seaborn has selected the EdgeConneX® Buenos Aires Edge Data Center® (EDC) as the Point-of-Presence (PoP) in Argentina for Seaborn’s ARBR submarine cable. The PoP at the EdgeConneX Buenos Aires EDC will provide cross-connect opportunities for all EdgeConneX customers. The Ready-for-Service (RFS) date for the ARBR subsea cable system is H1 2019.
