There are many carriers and enterprises seeking diverse and flexible fiber connectivity routes in and out of the crowded and expensive New York City market, and the demand for dark fiber is steadily growing.
Just recently, ZenFi announced the completion of new dark fiber build-outs at ColoGuard’s flagship CGNY1 data center — the only data center and carrier-neutral hotel in Brooklyn — and 32 Avenue of the Americas in Manhattan.
These new build-outs provide customers of ColoGuard and 32 Avenue of the Americas with complete access to the ZenFi network.
The dark fiber build-outs will connect a diverse set of customers across multiple industry verticals. Aimed at carriers and enterprises, the build-outs will provide new connectivity options and will allow these entities to integrate additional diversity into their routes to and from destinations in the New York-New Jersey metropolitan area.
