STACK INFRASTRUCTURE, the data center company built from the ground up to address the technology infrastructure needs of rapidly scaling enterprises and hyperscale companies, recently announced the issuance of $225 million in new securitized notes. The notes have been rated ‘A-’ by Standard & Poor’s.

“The terrific success of this financing is a testament to the quality of the platform that we’re continuing to build at STACK,” said Heather Paduck, Chief Financial Officer of STACK. “The broad and deep investor demand we experienced is gratifying and validates our leadership position in the market as we continue to underpin our overarching strategy of forging strong relationships with our clients to support their growth needs.”

STACK, a programmatic asset-backed security issuer, has now raised $1 billion in total with its inaugural securitization in February 2019, and this most recent financing signifies another exciting milestone in the company’s strategic growth trajectory since its launch. This comes on the heels of STACK’s recently announced developments in Chicago, Portland and New Albany, Ohio, which will further support client expansion with both existing operations and plans for further development. The proceeds from this long-term, low-cost, investment-grade securitization will be consistently invested in the company’s portfolio of campuses in key, rapidly expanding markets across the U.S.

Since STACK is not obligated to register the notes, they will not be registered under the Securities Act of 1933 as amended, registered or qualified under any applicable state securities laws. The notes cannot and will not be offered or sold without either registration or an applicable exemption from registration.

This step underscores STACK’s enduring dedication to being the data center industry leader in building and delivering flexible critical infrastructure solutions to support the complex requirements of enterprise and hyperscale clients. STACK’s suite of services includes hyperscale campuses and build-to-suit data centers (“HYPER STACK™”), immediately available wholesale colocation and private data suites (“READY STACK™”) and powered shell options (“POWER STACK™”).
