Connectivity is vital to your enterprise. Your business needs to connect with companies and carriers in key markets outside of your local area. And the best way to do this is to partner with a wholesale data center provider offering access to a vast amount of strategic fiber routes.
One such provider is Infomart Data Centers, which recently partnered with privately-held, Oregon-based service provider CoastCom, now a Wave Broadband entity.
Infomart Portland— the largest merchant data center in Oregon — is now part of the newly-established Hillsboro Data Center Ring. As of right now, the Hillsboro Data Center Ring has a growing presence of about 21 network providers. Infomart Portland will extend this connectivity to an additional 13.
So, what does this mean for Infomart Portland customers? Customers will gain access to redundant dark fiber connections to other companies in Portland-area data centers. Infomart Portland Customers will also benefit from an interconnection to CoastCom’s submarine cable landing site in Pacific City, Oregon. This will will provide path-diverse terrestrial fiber routes to transpacific cables from several north Asian countries, as well as New Zealand and Australia.
