This change marks the next chapter for HostedBizz, which was acquired by Opti9 in May 2022, signaling the company’s dedication to strengthening its footprint across North America as a managed cloud services provider.
Since the acquisition, HostedBizz and Opti9 have operated as a combined force, integrating their expertise and capabilities to expand service offerings and global data center reach. The rebranding solidifies this merger, enabling the company to provide its customers and partners with a more unified experience that leverages both HostedBizz’s IaaS strengths and Opti9’s managed cloud services for hybrid cloud, security, and application modernization.
