Duos Technologies Group, Inc. (Nasdaq: DUOT) has named retired Brigadier General James Craig Nixon as the new Chairman of its Board of Directors, marking a pivotal moment in the company’s strategic evolution across edge data infrastructure, power consulting, and AI-driven technologies.
Nixon, a decorated special operations veteran with over 29 years of military service—including leadership roles in the 75th Ranger Regiment and Joint Special Operations Command (JSOC)—steps into the role with a wealth of experience in both defense and business. He succeeds Kenneth Ehrman, who led the Board since 2020 and is now stepping down to focus on growing Halo Collar, a leader in pet safety solutions.

Following his retirement from the military, Nixon built a successful executive career, including serving as CEO of ACADEMI and later scaling Constellis Group into a $1B global enterprise. He also co-founded the McChrystal Group and currently leads Nixon Six Solutions, a firm focused on growth and strategy advisory.
