Duos Edge AI, a subsidiary of Duos Technologies Group, Inc. continues to accelerate its mission of closing the digital divide, announcing a new strategic partnership with Region 3 Education Service Center (ESC) to deploy a modular Edge Data Center (EDC) in Victoria, Texas. The initiative represents another milestone in the company’s national rollout strategy, with a strong focus on underserved regions and education-driven use cases.

The Victoria deployment will serve as a resilient, low-latency data hub for 37 school districts within the Region 3 footprint. Built using Duos Edge AI’s modular, SOC 2 Type II-compliant architecture—complete with N+1 redundancy and dual backup generators—the facility will support modern educational technologies, including AI-driven learning, telemedicine, and electronic health records.

“We are proud to partner with Duos Edge AI, Inc. to bring secure, innovative data solutions to the greater Victoria area,” said Dr. Morris Lyon, Executive Director of Region 3 ESC. “The commitment to community-based technology aligns with our mission to support the 37 districts we serve across Region 3. Together, we’re creating a safer, smarter foundation that helps schools and the community focus on what matters most—educating students.”

This partnership underscores Duos Edge AI’s growing leadership in the education sector, while also reinforcing its ability to execute quickly in rural and remote regions.

“This installation strengthens our position in the education vertical while demonstrating our ability to deliver digital infrastructure in underserved regions,” said Doug Recker, President and Founder of Duos Edge AI. “Our partnership with Region 3 ESC accelerates digital equity, expands our market footprint, and contributes to sustainable long-term revenue. We’re also proud to bring new job opportunities to the area and look forward to collaborating with local businesses as we continue investing in the economic and technological future of the Victoria region.”

The Victoria-based EDC is part of Duos Edge AI’s broader 2025 roadmap, which includes 15 contracted EDCs by year-end. With nine sites already identified and additional locations in negotiation, the company is on track to deliver localized, high-performance edge infrastructure across Texas, the Southeast, and the Midwest.

This project is the latest example of Duos Edge AI’s core strategy: to place compact, high-powered compute centers closer to end users and critical infrastructure, enabling faster, more secure access to digital services where it’s needed most.
