Strategically located 24 miles east of downtown Atlanta, the campus is designed to cover an expansive 750,000 square feet of space upon full build-out. The first phase of the project is already underway, with a hyperscale client anchoring its development. This initial phase will make available 160,000 square feet of space to additional tenants, with an expected delivery in the fourth quarter of 2025. Dark Fiber Expansion

Moreover, this ring will establish a resilient connection to the existing DC BLOX dark fiber route stretching from Atlanta to its Myrtle Beach, South Carolina Cable landing station. The facility will be developed with DC BLOX’s design and collaboration with construction partners: Evans General Contractors, DLB Associates, Corgan, Thomas & Hutton, and Bennett & Pless.
