Aureon, a provider of technology and support services based in Iowa, has announced a leadership realignment to support integration across its business units and improve how it delivers services. This follows the recent appointment of George O’Neal as CEO and reflects the company’s continued focus on simplifying operations and preparing for long term growth.
Bringing Teams Together
The updated structure includes three executive appointments. Chris Burns has been named Chief Operating Officer, Holly Veeder is now Chief Transformation Officer, and Aric Birchmier will serve as Chief Revenue Officer. Together, they are leading Aureon’s efforts to align operations and unify service delivery across consulting, IT, connectivity, and contact center solutions.
“We are focused on building a company that delivers complete, reliable solutions to the customers and communities we serve,” said George O’Neal, CEO of Aureon. “This team is ready to support that mission and help us work smarter and more efficiently.”
Leadership to Support Future Growth
Burns brings more than 20 years of experience in telecommunications and will oversee operations across Aureon’s customer support, network, and managed services teams. Veeder, who previously led Aureon Consulting, will focus on company strategy, product direction, and managing large scale projects. Birchmier, formerly President of Aureon Contact Center, will lead sales and marketing across the organization with a focus on improving visibility and building stronger customer relationships.
These changes are designed to support Aureon’s continued expansion across Iowa and surrounding states while improving internal coordination and reducing complexity.
