By Alexander Marcus, CEO, ESI Total Fuel Management

I’m speaking at the free online Kingdom Impact Summit, Nov. 16-20, 2026. Join me for practical conversations on faith, work, and serving others.

What would change if your faith shaped the way you work, lead, and use what God has given you?

I’ve spent more than 40 years in engineering, fuels, and critical power, and 30 of them leading ESI Total Fuel Management. Along the way, I’ve come to believe that business is a stewardship: of people, resources, communities, and the environment. That’s why I’m glad to be a speaker at the Kingdom Impact Summit 2026. It’s a free online event on Nov. 16-20, hosted by Steve Adams, founder and president of IBAM.

Who it’s for

The summit is for Christian entrepreneurs, business owners, pastors, ministry leaders, and marketplace professionals. It’s also for anyone who wants their work and resources to matter beyond the paycheck. You don’t need to know anything about business as a mission. You only need to be willing to take one faithful next step.

What to expect

The theme is “One Village Can Spark a Global Kingdom Movement.” Each day has its own focus:

  • Day 1: See your work through God’s eyes
  • Day 2: Lead with wisdom and steward for impact
  • Day 3: Make your values visible at work
  • Day 4: Use success to serve others
  • Day 5: Put your gifts to work, here and around the world

More than 30 speakers are taking part, including Jordan Raynor, Mark Batterson, Peter Greer, and Dr. Ché Ahn.

How to watch

New sessions are released each day from Nov. 16-20. Each day’s sessions are free to watch for 24 hours after release, and closed captions are included. You don’t have to watch everything. Pick the conversations that fit the questions you’re carrying right now.

One thing to try first

Ask yourself: who could I serve better through the work I’m already doing? Choose one person and one action this week. That is often where faith at work begins.
