Datalec Precision Installations (DPI) has appointed Dominik Dziarczykowski as Business Development Manager to strengthen its capabilities in liquid cooling and high-density data center infrastructure. Joining the Business Development team under Sales and Marketing Director Richard Dobbie, Dziarczykowski will support customers and partners as DPI continues to expand its direct liquid cooling solutions and associated services. 

Dziarczykowski brings over 20 years of experience across the IT, consulting, and data center industries. His professional background includes roles at major global organizations such as IBM, Dell, Huawei, Deloitte, and Capgemini, along with direct liquid cooling leadership at CoolIT Systems and Vertiv. In his new position, he will assist clients with practical liquid cooling deployments, debuting as a company representative with a fireside chat at Data Centre World Asia 2026 in Singapore. 

Datalec’s leadership highlighted that his technical and market expertise aligns directly with the company’s mission to deliver end-to-end, future-ready infrastructure capable of supporting high-density workloads and the AI revolution.
