Duos Technologies Group Inc. (Nasdaq: DUOT), through subsidiary Duos Edge AI, has signed a new five-year customer agreement that adds 10 MW of critical IT-load capacity at its Columbus, Georgia campus. The deal adds meaningful long-term contracted revenue while continuing to build out the company’s AI-ready infrastructure footprint.
With the new agreement in place, the Columbus campus is expected to grow to 20 MW of critical IT-load capacity by the end of the fourth quarter of 2026. Duos also expects its previously announced initial 10 MW deployment at the site to begin generating revenue in August.
Per Duos, the Columbus buildout is part of a broader strategy to own the underlying real estate and supporting infrastructure behind customer deployments. That approach is intended to create durable recurring revenue as demand for high-density AI capacity continues to scale.
“This agreement shows how we are investing in infrastructure in key markets so we can quickly add capacity for our customers,” said Duos CEO Doug Recker. “The Columbus campus gives us the ability to rapidly deploy high-density AI infrastructure while generating durable recurring revenue. We believe this model positions Duos to meet growing customer demand and create meaningful long-term value for our shareholders.”
The Columbus campus now supports a growing base of contracted deployments, including previously announced AI infrastructure agreements. Duos said the site reflects its continued focus on developing owned infrastructure in markets where long-term customer demand is building.
