What are the top 3 priorities for you and your team between now and the end of the year? What challenges are you foreseeing in accomplishing those goals?
So the challenges I see right now, as with anybody you can ask in the data center industry right now, is getting access to secure utility power. There enough generation of power in the Americas, in Europe, in Asia, but it’s the transmission that’s really at a question here.
It’s a kind of infrastructure that hasn’t had the investment that would’ve been great, given the growth that we’ve had right now. So everything’s been sort of on the back foot.
As of now, we are chasing power and we’re looking for industrial sites that are either disused or derelict so we can repurpose that as a data center property.
