The company has acquired three new Edge Data Centers (EDCs) for early deployment across the state, marking a major step in its mission to bring advanced technology to underserved communities.
The newly acquired EDCs are set to provide low-latency, high-speed internet access specifically tailored for remote districts in Texas. Duos Edge AI President Doug Recker highlighted the significance of this expansion by noting its timeline, stating that the EDCs were brought online ahead of schedule. The three new EDCs, built by strategic partner Accu-Tech, are already complete and ready for deployment. They are expected to go live by the end of Q1 2025. This acquisition is expected to accelerate Duos Edge AI’s plans, with the company aiming to have up to 15 units deployed and generating revenue by the end of 2025.
