Demand has been growing in the Dallas-Fort Worth metro area for diverse, carrier-class fiber optic networking solutions.
Now, more options will be available thanks to a new partnership between FiberLight, LLC and Provision Data Services, a Dallas-based Tier 3 data center services provider. FiberLight plans to construct dual entrances into Provision’s downtown Dallas data center, providing local and regional companies direct access to a combination of high quality fiber optic networking solutions as well as scalable colocation and interconnection services through Provision.
The 137,000 square-foot data center, located at 2020 Live Oak Street, offers 14 MW capacity right in the heart of Dallas’s Central Business District (CBD).
FiberLight is one of the first fiber optic carriers offering services to and from Provision’s Dallas data center. FiberLight will help tenants secure high-bandwidth connectivity to its dense optical network, enabling transport between the data center into critical business locations and then back to the internet through additional peering points and Points of Presence (PoPs).
